Shipping policy

All of our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail INTERNATIONAL TRACKED. Deliveries are reliable and this enables us to offer international customers the opportunity to purchase British goods with extremely competitive shipping costs!

Packages are usually delivered within 5-10 days.

On the very rare occasion of a delay or issue with your delivery, during standard shipping times we ask for customers to wait up to 3 weeks from the dispatch date before we can assume a package is lost in transit.
