What is Love British Lifestyle?

Love British Lifestyle is a premium monthly subscription box filled with handpicked, authentic British products. Each box contains 5–8 full-sized items including artisan foods, teas, stationery, home accessories, and lifestyle treats — all sourced from independent British brands. The combined retail value of each box is over £50.

How much does a subscription cost?

Our subscriptions start from £29.99 per month. We offer monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and annual subscription plans. Annual subscriptions offer the best value. All prices are in GBP; international customers will be charged in their local currency at the current exchange rate.

Can I give a Love British Lifestyle box as a gift?

Absolutely — our boxes make a wonderful gift for birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and any special occasion. We offer gift subscriptions for 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. You can include a personalised message and we will ship directly to the recipient, anywhere in the world.

What products are included in each box?

Every box is themed around a seasonal British celebration — think English Country Gardens in spring, Great British Summer in July, or a Cosy British Christmas in December. Products include artisan teas, British biscuits and chocolates, scented candles, floral stationery, home accessories, beauty treats, and more. All products are full-sized, not samples.

Are the products from genuine British brands?

Yes — every product is sourced from independent British makers, artisans, and small businesses based in the UK. We never include generic or mass-produced items. Many of our brand partners are family-run businesses with deep British heritage.

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes! We ship to all 50 US states. Delivery takes 5–10 working days via tracked international post. US customers love our boxes as a taste of British culture delivered right to their door.

Do you ship to Ireland?

Yes — we ship to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Delivery to Ireland typically takes 2–4 working days. It's one of our fastest international destinations.

Do you ship to Dubai and the UAE?

Yes, we ship to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and all UAE emirates. Delivery takes 5–8 working days via tracked courier. Our boxes are very popular with the large British expat community in the UAE.

Do you ship to Singapore?

Yes — we ship to Singapore with tracked delivery in 7–10 working days. Singapore is one of our fastest-growing markets, with a strong British expat community and a love of British culture.

Do you ship to Australia?

Yes! We ship to all Australian states and territories. Delivery takes 7–14 working days via tracked international post. We also ship to New Zealand in a similar timeframe.

Do you ship to New Zealand?

Yes — we ship to New Zealand with tracked delivery in 7–14 working days. New Zealand has a wonderful community of British expats and Anglophiles who love our boxes.

Do you ship to South Africa?

Yes, we ship to South Africa with tracked delivery in 8–14 working days. South Africa has a significant British expat community and we are proud to serve them.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes — we ship to all Canadian provinces with tracked delivery in 5–10 working days.

Do you ship to Europe?

Yes, we ship across Europe including France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, and more. Delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on destination.

How much does international shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. We offer free UK shipping on all subscriptions. International shipping rates start from £4.99 for Ireland and go up to £12.99 for more distant destinations. We regularly run free international shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Can I track my order?

Yes — all international orders are sent via tracked courier. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your box is dispatched.

Managing Your Subscription

When will my first box arrive?

Boxes are dispatched on the 1st of each month. If you subscribe before the 20th of the month, you will receive that month's box. If you subscribe after the 20th, your first box will be the following month's edition.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations made before the 20th of the month will take effect from the following month. There are no cancellation fees.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes — you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months from your account dashboard. This is useful if you are travelling or want to take a short break.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes — you can update your delivery address at any time from your account dashboard, including changing to an international address.

Are any products suitable for vegans or people with allergies?

We include product information and allergen details for all food items in each box. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us before subscribing and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do the boxes contain food items?

Yes — most of our boxes include at least one or two artisan British food items such as tea, biscuits, chocolate, jam, or honey. All food items comply with international export regulations. Please note that some countries have restrictions on importing certain food products — check your local customs regulations if you are unsure.

Can I request a specific box theme?

Box themes are set seasonally and cannot be customised for individual subscribers. However, we do offer themed gift boxes for specific occasions — contact us for more details.
