UK Delivery

All UK subscriptions include free standard delivery. Orders are dispatched on the 1st of each month and typically arrive within 2–3 working days.

Tracking Your Order

All international orders are sent via tracked courier. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your box is dispatched. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

Customs & Import Duties

For most destinations, no import duties apply to our boxes as the value is below the local de minimis threshold. However, customs regulations vary by country. If you are unsure about import duties in your country, please check with your local customs authority before subscribing.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@lovebritishlifestyle.com and we will investigate immediately. We will always replace or refund boxes that are confirmed lost in transit.
