Refund policy

International Orders (outside of the UK):

We have been delivering gifts internationally since 2016 to thousands of happy customers. We find that in the rare cases when things do not go to plan, our customers are happy with our guarantee of a replacement shipment as they would much rather receive the British gifts than to cancel their order. Due to our products being typically of a low retail price. We find that the cost of international returns often outweighs the cost of the product. If you are unhappy with your delivery for any reason please just send us an email to support@quaintly-uk.com and we'd be more than happy to assist.

All sales are final.

Refunds: We will offer to refund an order in the case of a faulty item. Or if the order has not been dispatched.

Lost in transit: In the rare circumstance that packages are undelivered after 4 weeks (6-8 weeks during the festive season) from the date of dispatch. We will provide a replacement delivery or a credit note for future purchases if the item is no longer in stock.

Wrong Item sent: We will provide a replacement delivery or a credit note for future purchases if the item is no longer in stock.
